How do I make changes to my rental?
If the date of your event gets moved not to worry you can change your date of delivery up to a week in advance. To change the timing all you have to do is log into your account and select the new date.
What happens if I damage my rental?
Your rental costs includes an insurance policy that covers any stains or minor tears. Any significant damage or lost items will be charged for up to the full price of the rental item.
I lost my return label or garment bag, what do I do?
Don’t stress! You can request a new return label through your order history that will be emailed to you and can be printed out. If you lose the garment bag feel free to send it back in any type of packaging you prefer.
What happens if I am delayed in returning my rental?
Remember to drop off your rental no later than 12PM on your designated return date. If you miss this window you may be subject to late fees of up to $35 per day. If you don’t return the item after 8 full business days we will charge your card for the full price of the item.
Can I extend or purchase my rental item?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer the option to purchase or extend rental time due to other future brides wanting to reserve the item.
How do I cancel or swap my rental?
You can cancel or change your order up to 7 days in advance by logging into your account. Changing or canceling with less than a week’s notice will subject you to a cancellation fee based on cost of the item.
What is the BrideShare cleaning policy?
All items will go through an extensive dry cleaning process and shipped to you ready to wear. When you are ready to send it back just package it up as is and we will take care of all cleaning details.
